- This indefinite quantity contract solicitation is issued to procure NSNs under a long term agreement for a base year and four option years. Issue date of the solicitation is 1/16/2004 with a closing date of 2/16/2004. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.dla.mil/on the same issue date cited in the RFP.
