Description: The USAID/DCHA Office of Transition Initiatives is seeking the services of an individual to be the Team Leader of the newly created Abuse Prevention and Protection Team (APPT). The establishment of the APPT reflects USAID's recognition of and concern that basic human rights contiue to receive inadequate attention in both the immediate, humanitarian response to a conflict or other man-made disaster, and the longer-term transition phase towards development and stability.
