- This modification makes the following changes/clarifications to the pre-solicitation synopsis posted on August 6, 2003: NAICS code 514210 is no longer a valid code. The new code is 518210 and has a size classification of $21.0. It is USDA's intent to provide on-line source document samples with the solicitation and will be posted to FedBiz Opps in approximately 2 weeks. However, if sample documents are available in hard copy only, the solicitation will state such and then may be requested in writing after the solicitation posts. Interested parties are also instructed to submit all questions related to this requirement in writing via electronic mail after the solicitation has been posted. Questions related to this requirement submitted before the solicitation posts will not be answered. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-AUG-2003). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 23-DEC-2003.
