- Description
- The contractor shall provide the necessary personnel, materials and services required perform a fixed price performance based contract type in support of NOAA's Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory (PMEL). Contractor shall provide web and relational database scripting and programming. Develop documents, design interfaces and produce pages that conform to OR7R website structure and are appropriate to the intended audience. Develop web-based mapping products to promote simplified queries and visualization of ESI and related shoreline products. Develop software support materials and provide custom application development, analysis and system integration to PMEL'S financial database management system (FDMS). Contractor shall provide services that include, modification, enhancements, downloads and data entry to the Financial Database Management System (FDMS). Contractor shall provide data entry support of all credit card data, blanket purchase orders, and telecommunication data into the central data base system. These tasks are to be performed on-site. Due to the recent tightening of NOAA IT security, giving off-site access to PMEL servers and workstations is no longer an option. The period of performance will be for a base year and two One-year option periods. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside.
