- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement is being issued as a Request for Quotation(RFQ) number N66001-04-Q-1254 quotes are hereby being requested and no written RFQ will be issued This is a Small Business Set Aside and the Government intends to procure on a competitive basis the following supplies 10,000 ea 1M X 16 BIT Dynamic RAM; 5vdc operating potential; 50ns access speed; 400 mil tsop(type II) package; 0 to +70 degree c operating temperature; manufactured by Integrated Silicon Solution Inc; part number IS41C16105-50T. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, award will be based on responsive, responsible and technically acceptable offers received in response to this advertisement. Numbered note 1 & 22 applies; however all offers received within 15 days(in lieu of 45 days) of the date of original synopsis will be considered by the Government.
