- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, GA 30905 has a requirement for the following items (1) Kodak DirectView CR Cassette w/GP Screens (24x30) 20 Each and (2) Kodax DirectView C R Cassette w/GP Screens (35x43) 20 Each. All line items on this solicitation must be quoted all or none. Quotes will be accepted via the Fort Gordon electronic mail system Carolyn.Lovett@se.amedd.army.mil. Faxed quote will be accepted as an option to ele ctronic transmission through the FACNET/EDI System. Fax telephone number is (706) 787-6573. Quotes are due 29 December 2003 2:00 PM EST.
