Description

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, intends to award a supply with installation type contract to perform rehabilitation work on the Hills Creek Dam Elevator. Hills Creek Dam is located about 1 mile SW of the town of Oakridge Oregon. (Take Hwy 58 east from Eugene OR and thru the town of Oakridge and one mile past the town to the right is a sign showing the way to the Dam.) The contract consists of rehabilitating components of the existing elevator. The on-site portion of the work sha ll start no earlier than 08 Mar 2004 and must be completed no later than 29 September 2004. The administrative/contracting point of contract is Ray Greenheck at (503) 808-4616. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on CDROM on or about 23 January 20 03 and the tentative quote due date is 23 February 2004. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must provide registration information to the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
