- 91--Provide Mobil EAL 224 H biodegradable oil in fifty-five (55) gallon drums to the Washington Aqueduct Facility, located at 5900 MacArthur Boulevard, NW, Washington, D. C. on an as needed basis during the period, 15 January 2004 through 31 December 2004. The usage amount during the specified period is estimated at fifty (50) gallons. No telephone or fax requests for the request for quotations will be honored. The request for quotations (RFQ) can be downloaded at the website: https://ebs.nab.usac e.army.mil If problems occur when trying to download from the above website, please contact Paula Schultz at 410-962-4000. See Numbered Note 22 except change the number of days from forty-five (45) to ten (10) days.
