- CONTACT Chris Schilling, Electronics Engineer, (732) 532-3784. Sources sought to perform depot-level overhaul repairs of AN/TSW-7A system. Detailed drawings and/or schematics of their internal design are not available. Work may need to be complete d in various locations to include Southwest Asia, Contractor's plant, Tobyhanna Army Depot, and military bases such as Ft. Hood, Ft Bragg, etc. The AN/TSW-7A system is an air-and ground-transportable air traffic control facility used for visual control of airborne and ground flight operations and provides air-to-ground and ground-to-air communications. The AN/TSW-7A was originally manufactured jo intly by RCA (no longer in business) and Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD), Tobyhanna, PA. Currently, overhaul work of the system is being performed by TYAD. Contractors capable of providing the above-described services may contact the government via electronic mail. The response must include documentation showing that the contractor is capable of providing the required services. Responses must be received no later than 06 January 2004.
