- A General Information: Document Type: Combined Solicitation. Solicitation Number: F73SGL328302 Posted Date: 3 December 2003. Original Response Date: 10 December 2003 Current Archive Date: Classification Code: R - Professional, Administrative and Management Support. Set Aside: Total Small Business. Contracting Office Address Department of the Air Force, Direct Reporting Units, 10 MSG/LGC, 8110 Industrial Drive, Suite 200, USAF Academy, CO 80840-2315. Description: This modification applies to combined solicitation number F73SGL328302. The purpose of this modification is to: (1) extend the original response date, (2) provide addition information relating to workload factors, (3) provide incumbent contractor information/data, and (4) Other. 1. ORIGINAL RESPONSE DATE: The response due date is changed from 4:00 P.M., December 10, 2003 to 2:00 P.M.,December 29, 2003. 2. WORKLOAD FACTORS: The anticipated/projected workload is not to exceed 1500 telephone calls per month. Information relating to the number of telephone calls received and processed by time frame/time of day is not available. 3. INCUMBENT CONTRACTOR: The incumbent contractor is Answer Med, Inc., 4740 Flintridge Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80918. The contract price for the existing contract is not available as the current contract included messaging service for two medical organizations; Peterson Air Force Base and the United States Air Force Air Force Academy. This solicitation is only for messaging service at the United States Air Force Academy. 4. OTHER: (a.) The government shall not provide the prospective vendor with office space at the Air Force Academy or furnish any equipment, supplies or material.(b) The selected vendor shall provide the government with a local, or toll-free telephone number. The telephone number furnished to the government by the contractor will serve as the forwarding telephone number for incoming telephone calls. (c). The? The price quotations shall be a monthly total, and an annual total. Additionally, contractors shall provide quotations for a one-year period, plus three one-year option periods. (e) The selected contractor may submit invoices on a monthly basis, which correspond to the monthly contracted amount.
