- Presolicitation Notice Date Submitted: 05 November 2003 OC-ALC/LPKPB FIGHTER/BOMBER CONTRACTING DIRECTORATE 3001 STAFF DR STE 2AE1 109B TINKER AIR FORCE BASE OK 73145-3028. SPARES/ Divergent Flap; SOL FA8104-04-R-0056 P.O.C. Christi Whitlock/LPKPB (405) 739-4478, e-mail christi.whitlock@tinker.af.mil This is a requirement for Spares. This is a restricted requirement. A firm fixed price type contract is contemplated. The items and quantities are as follows: Item 0001: NSN 2840-01-499-6524PR; P/N: 1964M15G05 Noun: Divergent Flap; Applicable to F-110-100; Quantity: Minimum 2573, Maximum 8511, Best estimated 5146 each. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 15 January 2004, approximate closing date will be 15 February 2004. Desired delivery schedule is November 05. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, quotation which shall be considered. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirement at time of award, in accordance with FAR Clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2. The solicitation identifies the office where additional inforamtion can be obtained concerning qualification requirements and is cited in each individdual soliciation. 26. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. 8. The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as "Militarily Critical Technical Data." Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Join Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the soliciation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement.
