CLASSIFICATION CODE ? 65 Medical, Dental, Veterinary Equipment & Supplies NAICS ? 339112 SIZE STANDARD ? 500M Description: It is the intent of The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System to make a sole source award to Ohio Willow Wood Company for a quantity of eight (8) Omega T- Ring Uprades of Curent Tracer Premier Systems. The upgrade is to include: new Omega T-Ring Capture Device, New Omega Tracer Software and set of Mapping Liners, Mapping Sock and Omega Measuring Device. The Award also to include Outright purchase of three (3) Omega Tracer Premier (Orthotics and Prosthetics) per systems. These systems to include: Omega T-Ring shape capture device, Omega Tracer Software, Omega Desktop PC & Printer and set of Mapping Liners Mapping Socks and Omega Measuring Device. All software updates and support are included at no charge for the first year. This is for Tri-Fab Central Fab Sites and one (1) Satellellite Site. Omega T-Ring Upgrade of Current Tracer Premier Systems: Little Rock, AR, Oklahoma City, OK, Houston, TX and Alexandria, LA. Outright Purhase for Little Rock, AR, Houston, TX, and Oklahoma City, OK. This purchase is an addition to present equipment already installed and in service and is for the purpose of upgrading the Tri-Fab Initiative hardware that drives Limb Fabrication. The Omega T-Ring provides a non ?contact method which captures the shape of a residual limb so quickly that a patient needs to be motionless for less that 1/100th of a second versus the 4- 6 minutes needed with other CAD Shape Capture techniques and up to 30 minutes with conventional casting. The Omega T-Ring uses 8 custom designed electronic synchronized digital imagers to capture a 3-dimensional shape using the alpha liner. The Omega T-Rings allows practitioners to successfully capture limb shapes in minutes. This solicitation is being conducted under the provisions of FAR 12.1 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1.
