- THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE AVAILABLE TO REVIEW AND PRINT ON THE FEDBIZOPPS WEB SITE IN APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS. Tree Planting and Tree Wrapping Project. It is the purpose of this contract to secure services for planting Government-furnished tree and/or shrub seedlings. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals to perform all work necessary to plant tree and/or shrub seedlings on the areas specified. Project is located in the Emmett Ranger District on the Boise National Forest. Estimated start date is April 15, 2004 with 15 days for planting. Wrapping will run concurrently with planting. Contract time will be determined by the number of seedlings wrapped daily and the number of days needed to complete the planting portion of the contract. See Government Numbered Note #1.
