- Description
- Anticipate a FFP Indefinite Quantity contract, RFP, commercial items for Insecticides in various packages. I/A/W MIL-STD-129, Multiple NSN?s with the following estimated annual quantities, 6840-01-383-6251 79 BX, NSN 6840-01-359-8533 629 5 gallon DRs, NSN 6840-01-431-3345 332 1 lb containers, NSN 6840-01-449-3367 32 BX, NSN 6840-01-471-5650 240 BX, NSN 6840-01-483-3068 50 BX, and NSN 6840-01-313-7359 73 BX. Product is for stock and DVD shipments. Stock is for Richmond, VA (SNG) and Tracy, CA AQ5. MSDS and hazard warning labels are required. COS is coded Y therefore the solicitation is IAW Far Part 12. RFP will result in a base year plus four (4) option years to the stock locations. All NSNs have inspection and acceptance origin, QAP 251. The solicitation will contain EPA provision and does not contain progress payments, quantity variance plus 5% minus 5%. Verifying delivery requirements range from 3 days ARO to 54 days ARO. Surge requirement exist for the following NSN?s 6840-01-359-8533 and 6840-01-383-6251. Solicitation will be issued on or about January 7, 2004 and closing 30 days later. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.dla.mil/on the same issue date cited in the RFP.
