- NSN 2520-01-149-7861, Carrier Assembly, Transmi. Quantity 758 each. This solicitation is an RFP. Solicitation contains a 100% option. Specifications, plans and drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved souce under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Approved sources are AM General(34623) and General Motors(7X677). Requests for hard copies of this solicitation will not be accepted. This solicitation will be available on its issue date of 1/20/04 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
