- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia, intends to procure on a sole source basis, one (1) complete PXI data acquisition system. The system includes a PXI chassis, 8186 controller, 6070 PXI multifunction DAQ card, 6608 timing board, 3 ea 6155e high speed data acquisition boards, a rear mount rack kit, 6713 analog output board and several peripherals and software. This system will support GPS timing for gun firing facilities as well as gathering data for instrumentation used within a gun test, provide triggering capabilities for cameras and other instrumentation and collect data and manipulate it in deliverable formats for report purposes. This system shall bought for and installed at the Naval SurfaceWarfare Center, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448. Specifically, the items being procured are: P/nos 778636-01, 778755-01, 778492-01, 777937-01, 778242-01, 778194-01, 777795-01, 777060-01, 778241-01, 763000-01, 778643-02, 960596-01, 778763-1024, and 776975-01. These items shall be procured from National Instruments, 11500 North Mopac Expressway, Austin, TX 78759. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448. Award to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures on an all or none basis. All responsible sources may submit their quote, which shall be considered by NSWC, referencing quotation N00178-04-Q-0001. The government shall not issue a written solicitation for this quotation. Closing date for this quote is 05 Jan 2004. The contractor shall be registered in the Central Contracting Registry (CCR) and not be listed on the EPLS (Excluded Parties Listing System). Anticipated award shall be on or before 15 January 2004.
