- Description
- USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires the service for a development and modeling exercise to validate past estimates of vegetative fugitive dust capture and use available data to build capture algorithms for inclusion int o existing dispersion models use for regulatory purposes. The period of service will be no later than 30 June 2005. The Contracts Office intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed-price purchase order with Midwest Research Institute as a follow-on pr oject to prior work. Request for W9132T-04-T-0027 will be issued on or about 5 January 2004 with a closing date of 18 January 2004.
