Description

NSN: 4820-01-101-9828,P/N: 4041T33G01, PRON: AX41004AX, Quantity: 200 each plus 2 years 100% option total qty=600 each applicable to T-700 UH-60 helicopter. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 270 days, without FAT required deliver y is 300 days. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or ma nufacturing restriction. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asid es are restricted to U.S. small businesses; therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL, ACT (TITLE 22, U.S.C., SEC 2751 ET SEQ.) OR EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470.
