These sources sought requests information required prior to release of any resultant solicitation. The information in this sources sought notification is based on the best and most current information available to date. This information is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. Updated information will be provided in subsequent synopsis, if required. The Military Traffic Management Command??????s (MTMC), 834th. US Transportation Battalion is seeking, potential sources capable of p roviding enterprise technical support services which includes, but is not limited to the supply and installment of, (a.) Electrical Wiring, Hook up power to 3 ea. Trailers, (b.) Data/Voice Wiring 10 ea. RJ-11 phones and 5 ea. RJ-45 Ethernet drops installed . (c.) 2 ea. 10??????X 40?????? House Trailers separated into 3 sections. (2 ea office, 1 open area. (d.) 1 ea. Double wide office Trailer 24??????X 40??????, separated into 3 sections (2 offices and I open area. (e.) Office Furniture, 20 ea. Folding cha irs, 20 ea. Secretary/computer chairs, 40 ea. 4??????X 8?????? folding Tables. (f.) 1` ea. High speed, High volume Copier Machine with toner provided. (g) 14 ea. Porta-Toilets with wash stations,) to support and facilitate the Battalion Operation at San Diego Pier (LEASE with estimate cost for 60 to 90 days.) and Implement enterprise continuity of operations (COOP) capabilities at San Diego Pier. If you are interested in competing for this requirement, please indicate your interest by sending an e-mail no later than COB 29 December 2003 2:00PM PST to Mr. Harry D. All valid e-mail responses from prospective Offerors m ust provide the return e-mail address, company name, mailing address, telephone number, facsimile number, and point of contact within the body of their response. In addition, to assist in the planning of acquisition strategy, please respond to the followi ng questions: 1) is your business a large business or small business? (For the purpose of determining your business size, with a size standard of $21.0M average annual receipts over the past three years, will be utilized for this acquisition.) 2) If a small business, does your firm qualify as disadvantaged? 3) Provide a short summary stating your interest as a prime contractor or subcontractor and your experience in the areas where your firm desires to bid. 4) Other pertinent information. E-mail responses without the aforementioned information will not be recognized as valid. No telephonic responses will be considered. ALL PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS MUST RESPOND TO THIS SYNOPSIS VIA E-MAIL. TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR RETURNED. In order to ascertain the method of procurement, qualified small businesses, Hubzone, Small Disadvantaged, 8(a), and women-owned Small Businesses are invited to submit a capability statement to this office. Information to be provided must inclu de, but is not limited to, average annual revenue for the past 3 years; number of employees, ownership and whether they are small, HUBzone, small disadvantaged, 8(a), and/or woman-owned; number of years in business; affiliate information such as parent com pany or teaming partners; potential services to be subcontracted, if any; and list of customers (Government/non-Government) covering the past 5 years (highlighting relevant work performed, contract numbers, contract type, dollar value of each procurement, and point of contact/addresses/and phone numbers). Detailing all relevant technical qualifications, interested firms should also include in their capability statement demonstrative information relative to past performance and experience in managing a work force and performing work similar to the requirements of this procurement.
