Description

1. Vendor shall provide an audio visual system for the display (inputs) of the following Government Provided Property: a. Satellite TV b. Up to fifteen (15) networked laptop computers (Dell Inspiron) via RGB or USB. 2. System shall allow display in a variety of combinations on the following Government Provided Property: a. Three (3) projectors (RGB) b. Four (4) plasma screens c. One (1) SMART Board (USB input/RGB output) d. One (1) 3M digital wall display 3. System shall provide a turn key (e.g., assembled/configured) solution to receive the above inputs and display any combination to the above outputs for display. System shall have the capability to remotely control (2 units IR) the display control. 4. System shall be configured for easy installation and operation in an austere environment (ruggedized packaging) and be compatible with UPS systems. 5. Vendor shall provide on-site (Ft. Campbell, KY) installation instruction and final assembly as required for two (2) personnel in the installation, operation and troubleshooting of the system. On site instruction shall be accomplished with delivery or within one (1) week of delivery as determined by the requiring activity. 6. Vendor quote shall provide individual and total pricing, detailing their solution to incorporation of items in paragraphs 1 and 2 above. 7. Power will be 110V (US). Dual voltage 110/ 240V desired but not required. 8. System will include 25 foot RGB cables for each input and output device (24 total). Thank You
