- The VISN 9 Acquisition Service Center is soliciting proposals for Colonoscopy Services to be provided for beneficiaries of the VA Medical Center, Lexington, Kentucky. Services are to be provided at contractor location by contractor personnel. Anticipated period of performance is February 1, 2004 through January 31, 2005. Contract type is firm-fixed price requirements. This solicitation is unrestricted. NAICS code is 621498. Proposals, with technical documentation, are due January 15, 2004 at 2:00 PM, CT. Solicitation is available via the website, http://www.va.gov/oamm/busopp/sols.htm. Small business size standard for this NAICS is $5 Million in average annual receipts for the past three years.
