- NA NAICS Code: 443120 and the Small Business size standard is $7.5 million dollars. Total Small Business Set Aside. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. DTRS57-04-Q-80034 is issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), FAR Part 13.5. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-18.
