- PR No: LTC03342016697. This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Clamp, Assembly, Fire Detector. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a base year and four option years. The OEM is Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company, Cage 98897, DWG 935612 Rev B, P/N 935612-105. The approved sources of supply: Aero Engineering and Mfg Co., Cage 17772, P/N 935612-105 and Mercer Products and Mfr Co., Cage 30205, P/N 935612-105. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 5342-01-006-3010; Base Year AEQ: 109, each, Option Year AEQ: 88 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin, 100 days ARO. This solicitation will result in 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Specifications, plans, or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 12 Jan 04. The anticipated award date is 6 Apr 04. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
