- PR No: LTC03311015540; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Seal Assembly, Access Door for the P-3 aircraft. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. There are two approved sources of supply, TA Mfg (Cage 84971) and Rohr Inc (Cage 51563). The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 1560-01-054-1738; P/N 803438-103, Rev H; AEQ = 400 Base Year, 400 per Option Year; and Maximum Qty = 700 Base Year and 700 each for all Option Years. Delivery: FOB Origin, 64 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue dated is on or about 09 Jan 04. The anticipated award date is 09 Apr 04. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
