The evaluation of proposals and the determination as to the suitability of the part shall be the responsibility of the Government and shall be based only upon information provided by the vendors and the Government's evaluation. The Government shall not assume the responsibility of locating or securing any information, which is not identified in the proposal. All items priced are required to have a presence in the commercial marketplace at the date of the quotation. The due date is changed to December 29, 2003 at 1:00pm El Paso, TX time. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
