- U. S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN Berea, KY AMOUNT: Approximately 449 rentable square feet yielding a minimum of 390, ANSI/BOMA office area and related space. LOCATION: Space must be located within the Central Business district of Berea, KY, and outside the flood plain area. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be included as part of this rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy. NO LATER THAN May 5, 2004. TERM: Lease term will be for ten years, five year firm term with the Government having cancellation privileges in whole or in part on 60 days written notice after fifth year. OWNERS & AGENTS: A letter must accompany submission by any party other than the owner or manager of the property from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. To submit a location for inspection, please contact the following office in writing by January 5, 2004.
