Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS OFFICE SPACE IN CBD CHICAGO, ILLINOIS. REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease a minimum of 5,750 rentable square feet yielding a minimum of 5,000 and maximum of 5,500 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in CBD Chicago Illinois. Space must be located within the following boundaries with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern tasteful design, in modern use or new construction. with the following boundaries: North: Randolph Street, South: Adams Street, East: Canal Street, and West: 90/94 Kennedy Expressways. Contiguous (same floor) space is required for the minimum of 5,000 and maximum of 5,500 usable square feet with available future expansion space of up to a maximum of 10,000 usable square feet. The offered space should be fully serviced and conform to meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility Standards. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy in December 2004. LEASE TERM: Term is 5 years, 3 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after 3 years. OWNERS/AGENTS: The Market Survey will be conducted on Tuesday, December 23, 2003.
