- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a sole source purchase order for an extended warranty agreement to Q-Matic Corporation, 308 Ridgefield Court, Ashville, NC 28806. This ageement will provide coverage for the proprietary Q-Matic Queue Management System and Q-Matic equipment at 123 IRS customer Taxpayer Assistance Centers across the country. The warranty has a one-year performance period which will cover replacement of defective Q-Matic equipment, and labor/materials necessary to repair and replace defective parts. The warranty will also cover the repair of existing system software when bugs or glitches occur. All responsible sources that can provide the above requirement shall submit a written quotation of interest and capability by December 29, 2003. All quotes shall include FOB point, point of contact (name and telephone numbers), GSA Contract number if applicable, business size and payment terms. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, such requests for solicitations will be considered non-responsible. All questions must be submitted in writing.
