- Pre-solicitation Notice This is a Pre-solicitation notice for an upcoming air conditioning repair and preventative maintenance requirement for all the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems (HVAC) systems at Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity, (MCTSSA) Camp Pendleton, CA. U.S. Department of Labor Service Contract Act Wage Rates will be applicable. A draft Performance Based Work Statement (PWS) and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan will be available on 18 December 2003. All parties interested in obtaining a copy of the PWS should contact either Andrew J. Yandura at 760-725-2295, email yanduraaj@mctssa.usmc.mil or Timothy J. Warren at 760-725-9194, email warrentj@mctssa.usmc.mil. A site visit and equipment inspection will then be conducted at the following time and location. All respondents are encouraged to attend. Date: 8 January 2004, Time: 9 :00 A M (Please allow enough time to get through the front gate of Camp Pendleton). Location: MCTSSA Security Trailer, Point of Contact: Andrew J. Yandura. To attend the inspection: You must call or email at the above phone numbers and email addresses no later than 7 January 2004 with the individual?s name(s) and company name. The formal Request for Quote is scheduled to be posted on 26 January 2004. The procurement is 100% small business set-aside. To be eligible for award firms must be properly registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Award will not be made to contractors who are not CCR registered.
