- NA The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to purchase on a sole source basis a Microwave Receiver and Display Digitizers manufactured by Communications Solutions, 10552 Philadelphia Road, White Marsh, Maryland 21162. Communications Solutions is considered the only qualified source in order to maintain configuration control compatibility, and interchangeability of these components with the existing front-end components of the ONI Foreign OPS Electronics Intelligence system. The Request for Quote number is N00178-04-R-1022. FOB Destination applies.The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren Laboratory Procurement Division has implemented Electronic Commerce (EC) in the acquisition area; therefore, this synopsis and any applicable amendments will be available on the World Wide Web at http://www.nswc.navy.mil/wwwDL/XD/SUPPLY. DoD will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database.
