- Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions under a new Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-04-G-4303 with Raytheon Company, Electronic Systems, Naval and Maritime Integrated Systems (Raytheon) of 1847 West Main Road, Portsmouth, RI 02871-1087. Orders will be issued for either repair parts and repair, alterations, field changes, overhaul, refurbishment and maintenance or engineering services with support required for the maintaining or repairing the AN/SPS ? 73 Radar Systems, including sub-assemblies and components therein. The two separate classes of orders to be placed under this BOA are being synopsized under this single announcement. Individual orders placed under this BOA will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Raytheon is the original designer, developer and sole manufacturer of AN/SPS?73 Radar System and as such the only known company with the technical qualifications; design and production knowledge and necessary resources to perform the work described herein. This synopsis is for informational purposes only and the benefit of potential subcontractors. The government intends to solicit and negotiate only with the source identified herein.
