- Pre-Solicitation Notice: The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue Request for Quotation No. 04SQ170386 on a Small Business Set-Aside basis. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 511210, $18.0 million size standard. All qualified responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. The requirement is to furnish and install a software package to upgrade our CAD AutoManager Workflow (AMW) database, Cyco Automanager Meridian, or equal. If quoting other than specified, fax copies of specifications and/or cut sheets to 509-633-9175. A copy of Solicitation 04SQ170386 may be obtained by contacting the point of contact listed in this Notice either in writing or by facsimilie transmission. The quote must be sent back by hard copy, facsimilie transmission, or through http://www.fedbizopps.gov. No e-mail bids will be accepted.
