- The government intends to award modification P00029 to Contract DAAE07-95-D-R012 to TRAK International Inc., Port Washington, WI for change 1 update to Department of the Army Technical Manuals for the ATLAS vehicle. No solicitation will be issued. Alpha negotiations will be conducted on sole source basis with TRAK International. Approximate dollar value for this action is $400,000.00.
