- Under the authority of FAR part 13, the U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Contour Forming, Inc, Oakwood & McKinley Avenues, Bo x 727, Newark OH 43058, for the manufacturing of 10 Helmet Shims of varying thickness used in the US Army Medium Helmet.
