- Description
- The Missouri National Guard desires a firm, fixed-priced contract for Type A (Investigative), Type B (Design) and Type C (Supervision & Inspection) services for a new 4-point, MK-19 Qualification Range at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Design work sha ll consist of Primary facilities which include site preparation, surveying to support site license, environmental coordination, firing points, moving target track system, IDS arms vaults, range tower, and force protection considerations. Supporting facil ities include site preparation, clearing, grading, earthwork, seeding and erosion control, flexible paving, access roads, a storage and operations building and ammunition break-out building, a latrine, exterior, lighting, a mess shelter, a bleacher enclosu re, a range control building, night lighting and utilities. Work will require coordination with Government authorities to accomplish the project to all Army, Fort Leonard Wood, NGB, MONG and other regulatory requirements. Rating factors in order of import ance are as follows: 1) Past Performance 2) Specialized Experience and Technical Competence 3) Capacity to accomplish work 4) Past Performance 5) Geographic location and knowledge of the locality of the project and 6) Volume of work awarded by DOD during the past 12 months. Interested/Qualified firms shall submit their SF 254 & SF 255??????s to USPFO-MO, ATTN: JFMO-PFC (Lisa Heislen), 7101 Military Circle, Jefferson City, MO 65101-1200, by 3:00 PM Central Time, January 23, 2004.
