Quantity: 42, applicable to the TADS/PNVS with deliveries to Orlando, FL. 32819-000. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 42 each, 225 Days after Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 42 each, 150 DACA. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. The proposed contract listed herein is 100% se t aside for small business. Offerors are not solicited from other than small business concerns. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposa l, or quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. By U.S. law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. Small Business; therefore foreign requests will not be honored.
