Description
(i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation of Purchase Request F73MXG33220100 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-05. (iv) This acquisition is for full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 811111 and small business size standard is 6 million (v & vi) Line item 0001, one (1) engine will be steam cleaned and Dyno-Tested to evaluate conditions. Contractor shall repair and or replace all worn or damaged parts in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specifications and Dyno-test results. A complete "Tear Down and Quote" and Dyno-Test results will be provided. Engines will be returned to OEM specifications and a one (1) year parts and labor warranty shall be provided. Certified diesel technicians shall perform all work.
