- Description
- Small business sources sought to provide rental and cleaning services for shop rags and coveralls. This is not a solicitation or presolicitation and at this time quotation are not being requested. The associated NAICS code is 812332 with a size standard of $12 Million. Sources must be willing and capable to provide the rental, in the total amount of, 350 to 420 industrial zip up coveralls. Coveralls must be available in various sizes, dark blue in color, with ?437 MXS? embroidered in dark blue stitching on white tape flush and centered over wearers left chest pocket and individual?s LAST NAME, FIRST INITIAL embroidered in dark blue stitching on white tape flush and centered over wearers right chest pocket; the rental of initially 400 each bright red shop rags. Soiled coveralls and rags are to be picked up from Charleston AFB, SC to be laundered, folded, and returned on a weekly scheduled basis. Note: (1) Although delivery/pick-up will be on a weekly scheduled basis, contractor must be willing and capable to support a second delivery/pick-up within 48hrs from time notified by customer. (2) Contractor must be able to support service for up to 300lbs of soiled shop rags weekly. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice must be received via email, fax, mail, or delivery by 29 December 2003 no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
