- Grand Forks AFB has a requirement to purchase approximately 455 each gortex pants and jackets with fabric meeting MIL-DTL31011A. This Request for Quote will be Set Aside 100% Small Business using commercial procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. The primary NAICS code is 315211, size standard 500 employees. The Request for Quote will be available around 30 Dec 03, via the Federal Business Opportunities website, www.eps.gov. No hard copies will be mailed.Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) on line at www.ccr.gov. in order to be considered for award.
