- Description
- This acquisition is for 1438 each, shipping and storage containers, NSN: 8145-01-338-0615GG, P/N: 9032841, dimensions: 17.5x24x44, applicable: M16 rifles (12 pack). The solicitaion is expected to be released on or about 21 January 2004 as a sole source acquisition to the following known approved sources: Hardigg Industries or Zero Corporation. The statutory authority is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satify agency requirements." The anticipated quote date will be on or about 27 February 2004. The government's required delivery is on or before 30 April 2004 or as specified in the solicitaion. Destination is Robins AFB, GA.
