- Description
- This is a sole source, spares requirement for NSN 5841-00-104-9265SO, P/N 622901-2; Flexible Duct; ACFT: MH053J/M helicopter. This requirement is for a quantity of 2 EA basic period, basic year option with a quantity range of 1-3 EA, and a first out year option with a quantity range of 1-3 EA. Destination: Robins AFB GA, Delivery: 30 April 2004. Firm fixed price contract to Cage Code 96214, Raytheon Co., MS 8064 2501 W. University Dr., McKinney TX 75071-0801. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
