Delivery: 29FEB2004 10.00 The anticipated award date will be:19JAN2004 Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: TALLEY DEFENSE SYSTEMS, INC., MESA, AZ.,85277-4299. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
