Description

Request for Proposal for the operation of the Outreach/Admissions program for the state of Texas northwest region, will be available approximately January 5, 2004 on Job Corps' website http://www.wdsc.doleta.gov/jobcorps/. The Goverment Authorized Representative for this contract is currently Mr. Frank Stluka. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a cost plus fixed fee contract for a 1 year base period of August 1, 2004 through July 31, 2005 plus four governmental unilateral renewal options of one year each. The contract will be responsible for 719 arrivals. A pre-proposal conference will be convened at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 13, 2004 at the Adolphus Hotel, 1321 Commerce Stret, downtown Dallas, Texas 75202. We recommend that you download the RFP prior to attending the pre-proposal conference. Proposals in response to this RFP will consist of Oral Presentations and written submissions as described in Section L of the RFP. Written portions of the proposal are due by 1:00 p.m. local time Friday, February 20, 2004 to the Dallas Regional Office. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
