- ISSUE DATE: 01/02/04 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and disposal necessary for HVAC System Upgrades, Hangar 3170, at USCG Air Station Cape Cod, Bourne, MA (Barnstable County). The work includes but is not limited to providing new HVAC systems and incidental related work. The estimated cost range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 01/02/04. The bid opening date is scheduled for 02/02/04 at 2:00 pm. THIS SOLICITATION IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. Our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. A relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings may be accessed for download beginning on the date of issue at the following site: http://www.eps.gov. Any amendments issued to the solicitation will be posted solely on this web site. Bidders are required to verify the number of amendments issued to the Contracting Officer prior to the bid opening date. Companies not having the capability to download solicitation documents may contact Rhode Island Blue Print, 335 Webster Avenue, Cranston, RI 02920 for a copy of the solicitation package for a non-refundable deposit.
