Description
Statement of Work 1. The contractor shall furnish qualified and certified labor, full time supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance, permits, and inspections/reports for the service and maintenance of Marine Corp Base, Quantico compressed natural gas (CNG) site in accordance with attached specifications, requirements, and all other provisions of the contract. 2. Equipment to be Serviced: 1. Ariel Compressor Model JGP/2/4 2. Caterpillar Engine Drive model 3304 3. Xebec Driver 4. Kraus Priority Panel and Dispenser 5. Kraus Skid with Murphy controller package 6. Atlas COPCO air compressor and dryer 7. Blowdown recovery system 8. CPI Storage system 3. The service agreement should include the following serives: a. Observe the equipment operation and check for oil, air or gas leaks, unusual n oise or vibration, proper operating sequence, pressures, and temeprature. b. Perform any maintenance required by the oeprating manuals of the equipment components or by field experience. c. Clean coolers with coompressed air or pressure washer as required. d. Check oil levels for the gas and air compressors and drive engine and add oil as required. e. Check belt conditioon and tension. f. Inspect valves and repair/overhaul as required. g. Inspect gas dryer pre and after filters and replace elements as required. h. Observation of the gas dryer operation. i. Observation of the vapor recovery system oepration. j. General inspection of the operating environment of the compressor. k. Check the oepration of the automatic condesate drains and drain any accumulated condesate from the receiver. l. Regenerate the desiccan t bed of the inlet gas dryer as required. m. Check the oepration of the dispensers. n. Repair any deficiecies found during inspection or noted during the routine remote monitoring. o. Sweep off or pressure wash the exterior of the equipment and skid to maintain an attractive appearance. p. Provide daily authomated monitoring through dedicated phone line attached to contractor computer monitoring systems. 4. Target response times are as follows: a. Problems requiring remote services of a technician (e.g. fault reset and machine restart) in one (1 hour) b. Problems requiring on site services of a technician in four hours. 5. All service parts will be purchased by the contractor with no extra charge to Supply/Fiscal, MCB Quantico, VA and will come from their own source of supply. 6. The contractor will warrant that all items/part s sold, or work performed under this contract comply in all respect within the Occupational Safety and health Act, and all applicable regulations, rulings and orders. 7. The contractor will inspect, test, record, and issue a report on a monthly/anuanl basis to insure this facility complies with local, county, state, and federal EPA requiements.
