- IMPORTANT CHANGE IN LOCATION OF PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: In the original FBO announcement the Pre-Proposal Conference was to be held at the site of the EXETER JOB CORPS CENTER. This has been changed to the offices of the Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation [RIEDC] located at 30 Enterprise Drive, North Kingstown RI 02852 PHONE: (401) 295-0044. The time and date of the Pre-Proposal Conference remain the same: October 8, 2003 at 10:00 AM. local time. DIRECTIONS to REIDC FROM THE NORTH: Take 95 South to Route 4 South (Exit 9). Follow Route 4 South to the Route 403/Quonset Point-Davisville Exit. Bear left at end of the Exit . Follow Route 403 for approximately 3 miles to stoplight at intersection of NEWCOMB ROAD and POST ROAD. Go straight under bridges (two-old & new) and straight through the first light. You will pass the RIEDC brick office on your left (standing alone in a field). At the second light, turn left, and left again at the next light and go around the building. After the second left, you will take a left on Enterprise Drive. Parking is available in the front of the building. DIRECTIONS to REIDC FROM THE SOUTH: Take 95 North to Exit 8. Turn left at first light (Showcase Cinemas will be on left). At second light, turn right to Route 4 South. Follow Route 4 South to the Route 403/Quonset Point-Davisville Exit. Bear left at end of Exit. Follow Route 403 for approximately 3 miles to stoplight at intersection of NEWCOMB ROAD and POST ROAD. Go straight under bridges (two-old & new) and straight through the first light. You will pass the RIEDC brick office on your left (standing alone in a field). At the second light, turn left, and left again at the next light and go around the building. After the second left, you will take a left on Enterprise Drive. Parking is available in the front of the building. --- ADDITIONALLY: After the meeting at RIEDC directions will be provided to the Exeter JCC site for the guided walk through. Please remember, construction will still be in progress. We will have access to a limited amount of hard hats and it would be helpful if participants bring their own hard hats.
