- Description
- The HQ SACT Staff Mess is seeking Contractor support for a Head Cook, Mess Cook/ Sandwich Bar Operator/Event Planner, and Assistant Cook/ Dishwasher. These individuals will work with additional civilian and military personnel to prepare approximately 100 meals each weekday and cater two to three special events per month. The staff at HQ SACT reflects civilian and military personnel from many western and eastern European, and Mediterranean nations. Consequently, the weekday meals and catering are to incorporate international cuisine requirements as required. In addition, the Contractor personnel shall help provide ancillary services such as ordering/inventorying and properly storing required foods; cleaning and sanitizing cooking equipment and tableware; and meeting applicable sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards.
