- This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This is a small business set-aside. All qualified/responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. All interested vendors have until 4:00 pm, Tuesday, 23 December 2003 to submit their quotes. The Government intends to award a fixed price order to the offeror whose quote is most advantageous on the basis of price and delivery time.
