- Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Jobin Yvon Inc Horiba, on other than full and open competitive basis, a contract to purchase 1 each SpectrumOne Linear Array detector part no. IGA-512X1-1-25, 1 each OPT-Labor SYS upgrade, 1 each Grating blaze part no. 9008H-850G, 1 each Grating blaxe, ruled grating part no. 6008-1500G, and 1 each Triple grating turret part no. MGM-TT550. Sole source is based on equipment being compatible with Jobin Yvon Inc Horiba, model Triax 550. See note(s) 22.
