Description

COMBUSTION NITROGEN/CARBON ANALYZER: The U. S. Geological Survey intends to issue an order under other than full and open competition to CE Elantech, Inc. 170 Oberlin Avenue North, Suite 5 Lakewood, NH 08701. The purpose of this acquisition is to purchase Combustion/Nitrogen/Carbon Analyzer. This item is being purchased to interchange with existing analyzers already being used in the field. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See note 22.
